- Bed linen and towels 

-  Consumption of electricity , water and heating 

- Free Wi-Fi 

-  Final cleaning costs 

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE :

- Daily cleaning 

- Assisi City Tax

- EV car charger is connected to a separate meter and costs for charging electric vehicles we’ll need to be settled at the end of each stay .

Please Note : Long term holidays - new linen and towels are going to be provided every 7 days during your stay
